Beckman Meeting Room 1005

Room 1005 set up for dining

PTLB10NTU-MULTI-LANG.pdf

Room 1005 can be divided (with an air wall) roughly in half, but for most events, is left intact with a projection screen at the east end of the room.  A Panasonic projector model PT-LB10VU having a native resolution of 1024x768 is ceiling mounted and has a wall-mounted video connector near the screen for connection to a presenter's computer.  The projector would normally display the output of that computer but has the capability of displaying a video signal from a camera mounted in the auditorium, making room 1005 the default "overflow room" for events in the auditorium having more than 220 attendees.  A relatively elaborate audio system sends the output from a wireless lapel microphone, audio from a computer and, if necessary, audio from the auditorium to ceiling-mounted speakers located throughout the room.
