NCSA's Bill Sherman and the ISL's Hank
Kaczmarski brought two immersive projection devices to the Illinois State
Capital on April 3rd for the Governor's annual Tech Day. A
visualization made by the ISL's Camille Goudeseune of an MRI scan of a U/I
researcher's brain was shown, along with "Rollin' Down the
River", Albert Khakshour and Paur Rajlich's Mississippi River
simulation and legacy applications on an ImersaDesk. Young and old
were impressed.
