Commodity Clusters for Immersive Virtual Environments

Marcelo Knörich Zuffo, Luciano Soares, Paulo Bressan, Bruno Raffin, Philippe Augerat, Hank Kaczmarski, Benjamin Schaeffer and Camille Goudeseune presented course modules based on their work with pc cluster-based virtual reality environments.

Ben Schaeffer has the attention of the crowd as he discusses the benefits of using Syzygy to run virtual environments

Marcelo Knörich Zuffo talks one-on-one with participants after the course.

The CAL was full to capacity as we presented the hands-on part of our course.
The Beckman Institute received credit for organizing the course and providing the cluster of pc's used in the Creative Applications Lab.
